The Plug Power Peachtree, Administration and Maintenance Building is part of a green hydrogen fuel production plant in Kingsland, Georgia, with close proximity to I-95 and strategically located on the Eastern Seaboard. The building is located at the Camden County Industrial Park and consists of 8,647 gross square feet housing a high bay maintenance area of approximately 3,247 sf and administration services of approximately 4,895 sf. The building structure consists of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) clad with a combination of metal panels and masonry. The entrance lobby is a tall volume with a storefront running the entire height, thus providing a lantern effect in the evening. Directly to the north of the administration area is a covered outdoor area where employees, as well as visitors attending conferences can enjoy a break.
