Clear Creek Drive is a 6,145 S.F. residence located in Friendswood, Texas.  The program consists of 5 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, office, game room, and a 3-car garage.

One of the challenges of this project was to be able to satisfy the flood zone and Texas Windstorm requirements.  The final solution is a design that incorporates  a full ground level that houses the garage.  The second level incorporates the master bedroom, living and dining areas and the office.  Four bedrooms and an entertainment center are on the third level.  The design features two large covered porches, two exterior stairs, one internal stair and an elevator.
