Carlos is a design professional with more than 31 years’ experience in planning and design of diverse building types. He has practiced with leading national and international firms providing him with invaluable experience in low, mid, and high-rise office buildings, building renovation and redevelopment, financial, educational, recreational, corporate interiors, retail, worship, and residential design.

 

As a thoughtful and passionate designer, he strives to create spaces that carefully respond to the program, physical setting, and functional requirements, reflecting the spirit and personality of each client. His experience and versatility as a designer have made him critically aware of cost, schedule, quality, and environmental factors.

Carlos studied architecture at the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
