Kenchester Park is a residential development on a 1.5 acre property in Houston, Texas.  The project consists of four to five single and two-story homes of approximately 2,400 to 3,400 gsf.  The homes will utilize a combination of steel and wood construction.  The site presented a challenge due to it's narrowness in part created by the building setback and an access road.  It was very important to preserve as many of the trees on the wooded site.
