The Control Building was the first building the firm was commissioned to design for Lucid Energy at their Red Hills facility near Jal, New Mexico.  The building program consists of a very important component of the operations of the facility: the Control Room.  In addition, the building includes a large conference room, several offices, a breakroom, a small fitness area, and, along with the restrooms, showers and changing rooms.  The west end of the building houses an unconditioned warehouse/storage space. The building is  11,122 sf.
